This course is based on a graduate-level seminar that I taught at Fudan University in Shanghai. I have tried to choose books that are all available as e-books from Amazon and other stores – hard copies or electronic ones should be in the library. This will be a bibliography in progress – as we find things that are useful, we can add or drop readings. To keep track of things, we will use Zotero.
For the Library E-books, you will need to use your Davidson login.
