Here’s an ode to my phones.
My days of
texting on T9 are over.
My days of texting and walking at the same time, with ease, are over.
My days of hating group texts are over.
My days of telling friends to email pictures instead of text them (because of small, screen quality) are over.
My days of having to go to various folders to stay up to date with conversation, are over.
My days of knowing my phone as only capable of texting and calling (and taking low quality pictures) are over.
My days of learning road shortcuts are over.
My days of hating phone calls are over (because voice quality was so low).
My days of getting harassed because of my dinosaur-aged phone are over.
My days of avoiding three way calls are over.
My days of being clumsy (because I drop my phone all the time) are over.
My days of having a dumb phone, are over.
